When the summer season ends, Pacha Restaurant stays open. Every Friday and Saturday from October to December, Pacha Restaurant and Pachacha bring together dinner, drinks and music in Ibiza through autumn and winter, with a special New Year’s Eve opening on Thursday 31 December. Continue the night at Pachacha, Pacha’s intimate off-season space for music, drinks and dancing, open from 10:30 PM to 5 AM. Entry is free for Ibiza residents, while Pacha Restaurant guests enjoy priority access. No advance tickets are available. Entry is subject to capacity.
JAPANESE-MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
Start the night at Pacha Restaurant with Japanese-Mediterranean dishes made for sharing, combining some of our best-loved favourites with weekly off-menu specials.Expect dishes including salmon nigiri finished with ají amarillo, as well as El Capricho, a delicate croquette of octopus and red prawn.
Dinner is served from 8 PM to midnight.

Pacha Restaurant and Pachacha are open every from October to December 2026, with an additional opening for New Year’s Eve on Thursday 31 December. The Pacha Ibiza main room remains closed during the off-season.
Pachacha is Pacha’s intimate off-season space for music, drinks and dancing, open from 10:30 PM to 5 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Entry to Pachacha is free for Ibiza residents. Guests dining at Pacha Restaurant also receive priority access, subject to capacity.
