Label manager Steve Hulme told Website Essential Ibiza:

"Digital Stores are now part of everyday life, but outside of one or two existing sites they all seemed to me to be directed first and foremost to DJs and trendsetters, rather than the general public. The most important thing is that www.pachadownload.com is user friendly, remember the target audience is the general music fan who probably knows how to use the Internet and is comfortable with the online shopping stores, but are maybe not specifically as tech savvy as the DJ guys – the store needs to be simple to use for the easiest and most comfortable experience."
